Chatham-Kent police have charged a Dresden woman after an accident on North Street.
Police were called to the area just before 5 pm Sunday after a woman struck a vehicle with her car.
The owner of the car followed the woman to the parking lot of a nearby business where he took her keys and called police.
Police arrived and arrested the woman taking her to police headquarters for a breath test. The vehicle was towed.
The woman was later charged with impaired driving and will be in court in mid-August.
