It appears a Chatham man was heading down the wrong track.
On Dec. 6, Chatham-Kent Police were called to Middle Line in Harwich for a vehicle stuck on the railroad tracks.
When officers arrived, they found the vehicle about 50 feet down the tracks where apparently the man was trying to drive.
A towing company removed the vehicle.
Officer suspected the driver had been drinking, took him to police headquarters for a breathalyzer test and arrested the 31 year-old for impaired driving.
