A strange disturbance in Dresden led to charges.

Around 4 am Dec. 2, police were called to a home on North Street in Dresden for “a man acting very strange.”

The man smashed a window out of his neighbours’ home, for “no known reason.”

Mark St. Pierre, 36, of no fixed address has been charged with mischief.
