Who needs air conditioning when you can drop by the Ken Houston Memorial Agricultural Centre tonight (Aug. 22) to cool off and watch the Dresden Jr. Kings take on Lucan in the Kings’ preseason opener? Game time is 7:30.

The teams also play at Lucan on August 30 at 8 p.m.  Dresden’s other two exhibition contests are against Petrolia.  

The first is at the Watford Arena on August 29 followed by a return game between the Flyers and Kings on September 5.  

The regular season for Dresden opens on Thursday, Sept. 11 at Walpole Island with the home opener against Essex on Sept. 12.

As usual, all but two of the Kings’ home games are on Friday nights at 7:30 p.m. The other two, one in early November and the other in late December, will be played on Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m.
